Project
The shared technical scope: project information, areas, packages, test items, references and report settings.
Organize test projects, assign each person an independent Admin, Tester, Viewer or No access role per phase, and preserve every participant's own result for every test item.
Kalman FAT Suite gives industrial project teams a controlled structure for factory and site acceptance testing. Separate the project into phases, assign the right people to each session and keep every participant's decision traceable by test item.
The shared technical scope: project information, areas, packages, test items, references and report settings.
A controlled test round such as Internal, Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, Punch Retest or Final Acceptance.
Every project member can independently be Phase Admin, Tester, Viewer or have No access in each session; required responders are identified before it starts.
Each participant records their own Passed, Rejected, Blocked or N/A result and comment without overwriting another person's response.
Create a project or import the Excel template, then review the test hierarchy and acceptance basis.
Create a session and give each person a Phase Admin, Tester, Viewer or No access role. Mark Admins or Testers whose responses are required.
Open the session. Status changes save immediately and comments save automatically after a short pause.
Use participant counts to find pending, rejected or blocked decisions. Close the session when the agreed review is complete.
A Phase Admin or Tester remains Pending until they save a decision for that test item. Saving a result changes the item summary immediately. Phase Viewers are read-only and never count as Pending. Testers may update only their own response; they cannot edit another participant's decision or the shared legacy result while a phase is active. Only an Open phase accepts responses.
Participant responses and phase summaries are retained separately. The current PDF continues to use the project's shared legacy/consolidated result; participant-matrix and phase-filtered PDF modes are planned as a separate reporting upgrade.
